How Does It Work?
The meeting management system works integrated with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 mail servers. To display meeting information on screens, simply select the relevant room in Outlook, choose participants, and send a meeting request. The software automatically handles the rest of the process.
Once logged in, information about upcoming meetings is automatically and instantly displayed on the screen in the corresponding room. You can easily reserve a meeting room from anywhere with an internet connection via Outlook or Outlook Web Access.
